MUN at Inventure

Mitansh Datta of 10B represented Joint Crisis Committee in the MUN organized by Inventure school and earned the distinction of Honourable delegate. Kudos on the award.

New Horizon Basketball tournament

It was a brilliant display of team spirit and agility that enabled NPS HSR to come up trumps in the basketball tournament organized by New Horizon school. The Under 14 tournament that was held on 19 August 2023 was represented by Avyam Gupta, Rushaan Srivastava, Aarav Gupta, Shubang Srinath, Aadit Shah, Aditya Singhal, Anmol Patil, Ishaan Deshpande, Dhruv C Reddy, Aarush Vohra, Nishit Bijaka and Rohin Murthy.

Gargee Ananya

Gargee Ananya (Grade 7A) has successfully completed her "1st Dan Black Belt" diploma in Karate from SUDOKANN MARTIAL ARTS, affiliated with the Akhila Karnataka Sports Karate Association (recognized by WKF and IOC). Her accomplishment not only reflects her martial arts skills but also showcases her dedication, hard work, and determination. The school is proud of her accomplishment.

MUN at NCFE

Our team of speakers rose to the occasion at the MUN organized by National Centre for Excellence on the 1st and 2nd of September and won the following positions.

The students have had a string of victories to their credit in MUNs organized by different schools and the school wishes them many more.

Junior NBA

National Public School, HSR, clinched the boys’ titles in the Under-14 Category at the Junior NBA 3 – on- 3 regional championship held in Bengaluru. NPS boys beat Amarjyoti School 15-10 to secure the title. The team has qualified for the nationals in New Delhi in September. The school is proud of the achievement and wishes the team good luck for the nationals in September.

Inter-school Volleyball tournament

In the 5th Inter School Volleyball Championship, organized by Physical Education Youth Academy, held at Jayanagar Volleyball Indoor Stadium on 7 and 8 August 2023, our teams did the school proud by winning in the U12, U14 and U16 categories. The competition was stiff as there were participants from numerous schools vying with each other and our girls’ teams in all the categories outplayed their opponents and won the second place in the prestigious event.

Basketball under 18 – Gear International school

At the under 18 Basketball tournament conducted by Gear International school on 21 July 2023, our boys team, drawn from grades 11 and 12, came runners-up. In a hard-fought battle, the players Ashvin, Mrigaj, Vedanth, Yagya, Sharad and Ananth did the school proud by earning the runners-up spot. Congratulations to the team.

NPS Koramangala Commerce Fest Iris

In the commerce cultural hackathon organized by NPS Koramangala on 21, 22 and 25, 26 July 2023, our school was placed third in the cultural segment with spectacular wins in many events.

In the Gaming event, the duo from grade 12, Abhay B D and Darsh Sharma overcame every challenge to clinch the first prize.

In Clarys, the business event, the team consisting of Shreya Shine and Alaayza of grade 12C beat all odds in three gruelling rounds to emerge as numero uno.

The talented team comprising Alaayza Shihab, Nitya Siri Bharath, Mihika Joshi, Pranshu Goel, Shrivali Chakraborty, Poorvi, Tiya Somannavar won the second place in Acapella.

The team of K Mokshita Reddy, Hamsika Challa, Bharat K Nair, Ananya Saxena, Sharvi A Patil, Ribhav Dhankani which participated in the theatre event were placed second.

In the NPS-K-HACK event held on 26th and 27th July Raghav Pande of 12A and Ansh Bhatnagar of 11A had a podium finish by coming in second. Hearty congratulations to the winners.

Mathrix at NPS INR

At the Mathrix fest hosted by NPS INR, it was a double bonanza for NPS HSR as we won the overall best school trophy in the grades 9-10 and 11-12 categories. It rained prizes for our students in every event and the participants took away the glittering trophies.

Euphorica at NPS Mysore

Euphorica, the inter-school music fest, held at NPS Mysore on 01 August 2023 brought more laurels to our budding singers. The school band won the first place in Crescendo Quest Battle of bands competition. The team comprising of Kinjel Garg, Arsh Verma, Tejas Brijesh Chenan, Dreey Rajnikanth, Amod Bhat, Tara Vasudhan Bhat, Nitya Siri Bharath and Alaayza Shihab did the school proud with their mind blowing performance. In Decorus Chorus, the seniors group singing event, the team were placed second after a stunning performance. The participants who went the extra mile to pull off this position were Shloka Nanda Kumar, Mehr Vasudev, Tvisha Menon, Namitha Binod, Sanskrithi Harsha Gandhi.

LogIqids – Mental Aptitude Olympiad

Logic is the art of thinking well, and Stuthi Sanjay Puthran did it amazingly well to secure the top spot in the international circuit of LogIqids. The event was organized by the alumni arm of India’s prestigious universities, the IIT and IIM. The school takes immense pride in Stuthi’s achievement.

Under 13 State Basketball Champions

It was a magnificent display of superior game show at the State Under 13 Basketball boys tournament, held at Kanteerva stadium from July 14 to 21, by our grade 7 to 9 boys. The grade 8 players Avyam, Aarav, Shubang, Rushan and Anmol from grade 7 dribbled and outclassed other teams to win the coveted title. Avyam was declared the most valuable player of the tournament. The school is extremely proud of this magnificent achievement and wishes the team many more laurels.

MUN at Bethany School

Tanmay Kumar Baid outshone the other participants in the MUN organized by Bethany school from 6th July to 8th July by winning the best delegate award. His consistency of performance at the various MUNs held in recent times is commendable and the school is proud of his achievements.

Freedom International School MUN

Our team from grades 9 and 10 continued their winning streak from the RNR Mun event, to clinch coveted positions at the MUN organized by Freedom International school from July 1st to 3rd. The positions bagged by our enthusiastic Munners are:

MUN at NPS RNR

In the RMUN organised by National Public School Rajajinagar, National Public School, HSR bagged a plethora of prizes. The event that took place on 26, 27 and 28 June, 2023 had our participants come up trumps by winning the Best Delegation award. The partcipants who had their share of glory are:

DPS Whitefield- U 15 Basketball win

Our Under 15 boys basketball team proved their mettle on the court at the event hosted by DPS Whitefield. They romped home to a spectacular victory and emerged winners in the under-15 category adding one more feather to their caps. It was a double bonanza for NPS HSR as Mr Ravi Kumar was awarded the Best Coach in the tournament. Kudos on their spectacular showing. The team members are Avdoot Gupta, Johan Jiju, Daiwik Ahuja, Aayush Gupta, Samrath D, AArav Guota, Rushaan Srivastava, Avyam Gupta, Shubhang Srinath, Aayushman Singh, Darshil Kumar, Sarvesh Kulkarni.

Niharika

Niharika from Grade 9C competed in the TRAACS International Yoga Competition held in Cambodia and won gold medals in the Under 18 Artistic Single and Under 18 Traditional Categories. She has made the school proud with her remarkable achievement.

Clash of Pi – Asian Math Circuit Winner

Stuthi Sanjay Puthran of 10D made the school proud by winning the 6th rank in the International Circuit of the Asian Math Circuit called the Clash of Pi. Stuthi fought off tough competition from participants across 16 countries with over three lakh students to clinch the enviable 6th position. The school wishes many more laurels to come her way.

Jordan Cup Winners

In the 3 on 3 basketball tournament conducted by BISA, NPS HSR emerged the winners in the U12 and U15 categories and claimed the Jordan Cup. The event held on 18th June, saw our students outclass the opponents and win the titles with great teamwork and swift on-court movements. 

The students who represented the U12 category included Aarush, Ishaan, Dhruv and Anmol from grade 7. The U15 segment had Avdoot, Johan, Aarav, Shubang and Aviam as part of the winning team.
