Aerobic Fun ‘Movers & Shakers’

Aerobic Fun ‘Movers & Shakers’ was organized on 29 July 2022 as part of the initiative GET, SET, GO – ‘SPORTY ME, A HAPPY ME’. The month of July was dedicated to aerobics at the kindergarten section of NPS HSR, and the children enjoyed learning aerobic moves and were thrilled to exercise to peppy music. As a culmination of the aerobic month, children performed exercises and swayed confidently to foot-tapping songs.
