Class Assembly – 10A

On 12 July 2023, the class assembly of Grade 10A explored the relationship between social media usage and happiness quotient. The show focused on the impact of various social media platforms, including WhatsApp, Twitter, Facebook, discord, and Spotify, on mental well-being and overall happiness. The assembly, through dance, song and skit, discussed the need for responsible social media usage to harness the potential benefits while mitigating the negative effects, ultimately contributing to individuals' happiness and overall well-being in the digital age. Setting time limits, creating goals, and time boxing were the strategies suggested to curb social media usage and prevent addiction.
