Investiture Ceremony 2020

As the winds of change sweep through the educational landscape, NPS HSR hosted its first ever virtual Investiture Ceremony on 28 August 2020. The ceremony, which saw a new batch of students assume responsibility as office bearers, began with an invocation song soliciting the grace of Lord Ganesha. Dr. Bindu Hari, Director, NPS Group of Institutions, in her address to the gathering called upon the students to be ‘nutritional auditors’ of their home placing on their young shoulders the responsibility of health and well-being of their family. The School Principal Ms. Shefali Tyagi in her soul stirring speech reminded the office bearers of their responsibilities as leaders before conferring them with the sashes and badges. As the School Prefect Pradyut Sood took on the mantle of leadership, he pledged to take the school to the zenith of success with the help of his talented team of council members. The oath was administered by the School Principal, and the newly elected leaders pledged their devotion to the school and the student community. A heartfelt vote of thanks by the just sworn-in Vice-Prefect Sidharth Chandak wound-up the day’s proceedings.
