Montessori Rajyotsava Celebration 2022

On 2nd November 2022, the 66th Kannada Rajyotsava was celebrated with great zeal at GMC-HSR. The Montessori juniors melodiously rendered the Karnataka state Anthem-Jaya Bharata Jananiya Tanujate. The Montessori seniors then shared some amazing facts about Karnataka state cuisine, festivals, famous monuments, cultural heritage, and additionally, the students also shed light on the story behind the naming of the city Bengaluru. The quiz on Karnataka Namma Rajya evoked enthusiastic response from the audience. 

Every year, as a Montessori initiative, senior students are introduced to the basics of Kannada language, and this year, the introductory class was conducted on this special occasion. It was indeed a day filled with great learning and fun!
