“At the end of the day, the most overwhelming key to a child’s success is the positive involvement of parents”
- Jane D. Hull.

NPS HSR had organized a parent orientation on Thursday 4thJune 2019. As the grade 1 students embark on their journey to a full day school, it was a fantastic opportunity for the parents to know what to expect in the coming year and also equip themselves for it. They also got to know the teachers of all the sections. They were given an insight into the pattern of the examinations, extra and co-curricular activities. Through healthy partnerships of parents and teachers, the school creates a space for students to define how they will engage, learn and thrive.

An orientation session for the parents of students of grade 11 was held on 30th May 2019.

The session was about how the student, the teachers and the parents could work together and bring out the best in students. During the orientation, the Principal emphasized that by working within the framework of exploration, enthusiasm, discipline and participation in co-scholastic activities, the students would achieve wonders and would gain holistic development. The parents understood the extra emotional support the students required in the senior secondary stage and were appreciative of the heads-up given by the Principal and other teachers conducting the session.
