On Friday, 22 September 2023, Montessori Seniors visited the Sarjapur Road Fire Station to understand the process involved in firefighting. The students who have witnessed emergency evacuation drills in the school got the opportunity to understand what firefighters do when there is a fire breakout.

Students explored the fire station and learned about the emergency contact number, various safety gear, and types of fire trucks and extinguishers. Excitement filled the air when the siren sounded, and they saw a firefighter operate the hose. Examining uniforms, hoses, levers, and red trucks fascinated students and teachers.
