Montessori Hindi Diwas

Hindi Diwas is celebrated on 14 September to commemorate the adoption of Hindi as one of the official languages of India. This day also marks the birth anniversary of Beohar Rajendra Simha, who worked tirelessly to make Hindi the official language of India. Every year, Hindi Diwas is celebrated across the country to raise awareness about the importance of the Hindi language.

To celebrate this occasion, Montessori students came to school dressed in ethnic wear. The teachers engaged in simple conversations in Hindi to introduce the language to the students. A new initiative called 'Pitara' was launched with the objective of teaching students the names of everyday objects in Hindi. More such activities are planned throughout the year to enhance the students' proficiency in the language.
