Pastoral Initiatives for teachers
Yoga and art
On 24 June 2023, yoga and art sessions were organized for teachers as part of pastoral initiatives. The yoga session, which included a combination of physical activity, breathing exercises and mindfulness practice, calmed the mind and induced relaxation. The art session provided a creative outlet for teachers to express their thoughts and emotions visually, taking them on a journey of self-exploration and personal growth.
Pastoral Care- D.E.A.R.
On 22 July 2023, the pastoral care team organized a ‘Drop Everything and Read’ session for teachers. The forty-minute long reading program provided a creative break for the teachers from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Teachers brought books of their choice for the session and enjoyed the ‘me time’ with their books. The initiative helped foster a positive reading culture among the teaching fraternity.
