On 23 February 2024, the Juniors and Seniors of GMC visited Prani, a unique pet sanctuary. Prani, an initiative of 'Into the Wild,' a Bengaluru-based startup, focuses on outdoor experiential education. Experiential education is Prani’s preferred teaching approach, nurturing children's curiosity through interactions involving observation, touch, and building experiences in nature.

During the visit, children had the opportunity to see a diverse range of animals rescued from various places. The highlight was the hands-on learning experience, aligning with the Montessori method, where children could touch and learn about these animals firsthand. A visit to a pet sanctuary widened the children’s knowledge about animals and how to care for them.
