NPS HSR’s Teachers' Day Out with Dr Bindu at Eagleton Resort on 18 November 2023 was a day of immense learning and fun. The engaging sessions led by the Vice Chairperson captivated the teachers, holding them to their seats. Dr Bindu reiterated the school policies and, using case studies, encouraged teachers to reflect on strategies to cultivate a culture of respect and inclusivity within the school.

The session conducted by the Dean, Dr. Santhamma Gopalkrishna, delved into the power of words and thoughts. The following session, which focused on the features of effective lesson delivery and pedagogy, successfully achieved its objectives through a range of exciting activities and discussions.

Dr. Bindu's subsequent session examined the Zeigarnik effect on student learning and explored methods to enhance learning retention. The wide array of lip-smacking food at Eagleton Resort kept the teachers energised and nourished throughout the day. QTPI organized post-lunch activities aimed at team-building and enhancing teacher wellness.

The day was an enriching experience for the teachers, who created warm memories to cherish for a lifetime.
