We do appreciate parents seeking admission for their ward in NPS-National Public School, HSR for the Academic Years 2027-28 in Kindergarten or Montessori. Parents may register ONLINE for the same. As per the new education policy, the child is required to complete 4 years for Kindergarten and 3 years for Montessori as on 1 June 2027 (for Academic Year 2027-28).

PROCESS FOR REGISTRATION

1. Read the guidelines and proceed to fill the registration form.
2. Please expand the student’s, father’s and mother’s names as CBSE does not encourage initials in names. The names of student and parents should match with the Aadhaar/Passport/Birth Certificate of the student.
3. Upload Aadhaar copy- Passport Copy (if available) and Birth Certificate.
4. Upload latest passport size photograph of the father, mother and student.
5. Submit the duly filled in form.
6. Make online payment of Rs. 750/- towards processing charges.
7. Take a printout of the submitted form and submit it to the school office (drop box) along with the supporting documents. Hardcopy of the application can be submitted in person or through courier/post within 7 days after online submission.

Documents to be submitted to the school:

1. Print out of the filled in Registration Form submitted online duly signed by both parents.
2. Copy of Birth Certificate , Aadhaar, and Passport (if available).
3. Copy of receipt of processing fee paid online.
4. Health report (if the child needs any special medical attention)

Registration for admissions will be processed only after receiving the printout of the duly filled-in registration form and the above-mentioned documents. Hardcopy of the application can be submitted in person or through courier/post within 7 days after online submission.

	08.30 am to 11.00 am (SAT)

School will remain closed on weekends and public holidays.

A large number of parents are seeking admission to National Public School- HSR. We would like to inform every parent that we have very limited seats available for the Montessori and Kindergarten classes. As per the policy and directive of CBSE (Central Board of Secondary Education), we have the following guidelines for admission. Even the department of education follows the same.

1. The first priority is for siblings. Applications from siblings are usually more than twice the number of seats available.
2. The second priority is for children of our teachers and other staff members.
3. Priority for admission is also listed for alumni of our school. As you are aware, NPS has been functioning since 1959.
4. The next preference is for the nationally mobile group, including central services and other transferable services of India.
5. There is also another category of people who are internationally mobile coming from schools outside India. Bangalore is seeing a large number of this migratory group who are seeking admission to NPS.
6. Applications for admission to KG II and Montessori Juniors and Montessori Seniors are not accepted as there is no vacancy.

To have an effective teaching learning process, we maintain limited class strength. Considering the limited number of seats available, it is expected that those who seek admission will realise and understand the constraints the institution faces. The disappointment of not getting admission should not become a matter of unhappiness among parents.

Exerting any influence for admission directly or indirectly will be a disqualification.
