NPS HSR organized a History Walk for the Grade 8 students to cultivate an appreciation for Bangalore's rich history, architecture, and cuisine. The walk commenced at the sacred cave temple of Gavi Gangadhareshwara, showcasing the remarkable craftsmanship of artisans from the Vedic ages. Other destinations included Tipu Sultan’s Summer Palace, Lal Bagh, and the iconic eatery MTR Lunch Home. From the tranquil halls of the temple to the imposing ramparts of the East Fort and the luxurious chambers of Tipu Sultan's summer palace, the exploration provided a captivating glimpse into the diverse facets of Bangalore's vibrant history. The students were accompanied by their class and history teachers. The walk inspired students to commit to protecting and securing Bangalore's future.
