The Kindergarten 1 EVS Event, conducted from March 9 to March 13, was a joyful celebration of all that the children explored during Term 2. The themes included Myself, My Family, My Home, My School, Modes of Transportation, and Animal Life. This week-long in-house event gave our little learners many engaging, hands-on opportunities to revisit and strengthen their understanding in a fun and meaningful way.

The children created a special booklet titled “Myself – All About Me”, where they expressed their unique identities with great enthusiasm. They also crafted their favourite modes of transport using clay and brought aquatic animals to life with beautiful watercolour paintings. A highlight of the week was the fingerprint art activity, where tiny fingers turned into colourful insects like ladybugs, butterflies, and honeybees, filling the classroom with joy and creativity.

To explore animal habitats, the children built charming jungle and farm models using toy animals, sand, and natural materials, showing wonderful imagination and teamwork. The event concluded with a lively Show and Tell session. The children confidently shared their ideas through riddles, songs, dances, and interesting facts connected to their EVS themes, making it a truly heartwarming experience for everyone.

The EVS culmination week was a delightful journey that nurtured creativity, built confidence, and helped children connect more deeply with the world around them.
