Diwali is a reminder that even in the darkest times, there is light.

At GMC, Diwali was celebrated on 10 November 2023. The festivities commenced a week prior to the festival, with students participating in activities such as colouring, sequin art, and storytelling. On the day of the event, all children arrived dressed in colourful ethnic wear. Teachers engaged the children in discussions about the significance of celebrating an eco-friendly Diwali and elaborated on the safety measures to be followed. As the day concluded, the students took home not only the festive spirit but also handcrafted diyas."
