0n 26 July 2023, Grade 10 B presented their class assembly on the topic ‘HAPPINESS QUOTIENT’ The assembly shed light on the art of cultivating the very essence of life – happiness. The presentation revolved around the story of ‘Manya’, a girl who faced many challenges and disappointments in her academic and social life. However, with the help of her parents, she gained the wisdom to cherish the smallest joys and the simplest moments in life. The poignant narrative conveyed a powerful message to the audience – it is one's outlook on life that can dispel cynicism and lead to immeasurable happiness. The skit conveyed the message that happiness is not dependent on external factors but on one’s own attitude and perspective. Besides the skit, the students conducted a quiz, presented a relevant thought for the day, and provided news updates from around the world.. A captivating dance performance that celebrated the theme of happiness and gratitude was an added attraction. Overall, the class assembly of Grade 10 B was a wonderful example of how happiness can be cultivated and shared with others.
