The pandemic had brought to the fore front the importance of good health- physical, emotional and mental. Students of class 12A highlighted the mantra of “healthy mind lives in a healthy body” through their class assembly on the theme ‘Health and Fitness. The display focused on how the modern lifestyle and multiple distractions have robbed people of their mental peace and well-being and how the problem can be effectively dealt with through yoga, Zumba, meditation etc. A combination of music and dance with short skits and quiz made the assembly entertaining.
