Eureka!
There are two ways to become successful: to keep one’s shoulder to the wheel or to have a chance discovery. Through their assembly on the topic, ‘Eureka!’, students of 8B conveyed the message of accidental inventions and their impact on human lives. The show began with an introduction followed by the thought for the day, delivered in two different languages. Students dressed up as individuals responsible for the inventions of potato chips, penicillin, popsicles, and the steam engine presented skits demonstrating their success stories. The script, put together by the students, included puns, which made the assembly engaging. The assembly also included a quiz, dance and vote of thanks.
