Books are Magic
On January 30th, the students of Grade 1-B hosted a vibrant assembly titled "Books are Magic," turning their auditorium into a living library. The event opened with a spectacular Book Parade where students dressed as iconic literary characters like the Cat in the Hat and Hermione. This heart-warming display showed the children embodying the very stories they love. Following the parade, the class performed a choreographed dance that captured the joy and magic of turning a page. The celebration then moved into a musical finale where the entire class joined together in a song. Their voices filled the hall with a melody dedicated to the immense power of reading. Ultimately, the performance reminded the audience that while books are made of paper, the worlds they create in our minds are infinite.
