An Ode to Charlie Chaplin

Grade 6D students delivered an inspiring assembly celebrating Charlie Chaplin's life and legacy on 14 August 2025. The enthusiastic presentation explored the legendary filmmaker's struggles and achievements and recounted some of his inspiring quotes. The assembly also featured an interactive quiz for fellow students. Students performed ‘We are the World,’ emphasizing compassion and unity that aligned with Chaplin's humanitarian spirit.

The assembly concluded by connecting Chaplin's universal message with Indian philosophy's Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam – ‘the world is one family.’ This thoughtful parallel demonstrated how great artists transcend cultural boundaries through shared values of compassion and understanding.
