The Kindergarten 2 EVS Learning Bonanza, conducted from February 23 to February 27, was a vibrant and exciting culmination of their Environmental Science learning. The week was filled with joyful, hands-on activities that allowed children to explore concepts in a playful and engaging manner.
Through Magic Paint Art, the children discovered the difference between soluble and insoluble materials as they revealed hidden handprints with great excitement. During the Jal Tarang activity, they experimented with bowls filled with different levels of water and observed how the sounds changed, sparking curiosity and wonder. In the Trace and Create activity, students carefully traced the shapes of continents and shared simple facts about them, building early awareness of the world.
The young learners also designed and launched their own rockets, filling the air with excitement and cheer. In the Sand Table Exploration, they created different landforms such as mountains, rivers, islands, and deserts, using their hands and imagination to bring concepts to life.
The week ended on a high note with a colourful Fashion Fiesta, where children dressed up to represent different seasons and walked the ramp with confidence and joy, lighting up the space with their energy.
The EVS Learning Bonanza provided a wonderful platform for children to explore, create, and express themselves, while building confidence and a love for learning through meaningful and joyful experiences.
