‘Tell me and I forget. Teach me and I remember. Involve me and I learn.’

On Friday, 18 August, our Montessori Juniors visited the Domino’s pizza outlet in HSR to gain insights into the pizza-making process. The staff welcomed them warmly and walked the children through the pizza-making procedure. The children were enthralled by the behind-the-scenes look at how the pizza dough was prepared, the toppings were artfully spread, and everything was baked to perfection in the oven. In addition, the tiny tots enjoyed the privilege of choosing their favourite toppings and relishing their creations with a refreshing drink. Children also took a portion of it back home to share with their family members. Such field trips provide an excellent opportunity for children to expand their knowledge beyond the classroom, and our heartfelt thanks to the Domino’s team for the wonderful experience.
