"Regional Delight", the Litlingo event for the Montessori Juniors was a vibrant celebration of delicacies made for Sankranti. The children enthusiastically brought a variety of traditional dishes prepared in their homes for the festival. The classroom was filled with the delectable aromas of regional delicacies, including sweet Pongal from Tamilnadu, patishapta from Bengal and the aromatic Ellu Bella from Karnataka.
