On Wednesday, 6 September 2023, students of 9C presented their assembly on the topic 'Creativity Quotient and Occupation Quotient.' The students illustrated the ideas of design thinking and innovative thinking through the creativity quotient test and well-scripted skits. The assembly began with a musical piece dedicated to the audience. Humorous, concise, and well-timed dialogues and discussions earned applause from the audience.
The main objective of the assembly was to convey a message to the audience that in today's world, it is increasingly important for students to rely on creative thinking. Studies have shown that when students learn new things by using their creativity, they retain conceptual and factual information longer. Skits, live news reporting, music, and CQ tests were designed to convey the idea that students should think beyond their mental conditioning and practice thought discipline. The concluding segment of the assembly featured a few intelligent responses to discussions on work ethics.
