We do appreciate parents seeking admission for their ward in NPS-National Public School, HSR, for the Academic Year 2026-27 in Grades I to IX and XI. Parents may register ONLINE for the same.

As per the New Education Policy, the child is required to complete 6 years for Grade I as on 1st June 2026 (for Academic Year 2026-27).

PROCESS FOR REGISTRATION

1. Read the guidelines and proceed to fill the registration form.
2. Please expand the student’s, father’s and mother’s names as CBSE does not encourage initials in names. The names of student and parents should match with the Aadhaar/Passport/Birth Certificate of the student.
3. Upload Aadhaar Copy, Passport Copy, Birth Certificate and last 3 years academic progress report (Term 1 Progress Report for current year). For Grade 1 registration please submit the available documents.
4. Upload latest passport size photo of the father, mother and student.
5. Submit the duly filled in form.
6. Make an Online payment of Rs.750/- towards processing charges.
7. Take a printout of the form submitted online and submit it to the school office (drop box) along with the supporting documents. Hardcopy of the application can be submitted in person or through courier/post within 7 days after online submission.
8. Please retain the admit/acknowledgement card which will be generated after the final submission of online application. This must be carried by the student on the day of the entrance test.

Documents to be submitted to the school:

1. Print out of the filled in Registration Form submitted online duly signed by both parents.
2. Copy of Birth Certificate, Aadhaar and Passport (if available)
3. Copy of last 3 years progress report (Term 1 Progress Report for current year). For Grade 1 registration please submit the available documents.
4. Copy of receipt of processing fee paid online
5. Health report (applicable if the child needs any special medical attention)

Registration for admissions will be processed only after receiving the printout of the duly filled-in registration form along with the supporting documents. Hardcopy of the application can be submitted in person or through courier/post within 7 days after online submission.

School will remain closed on weekends and public holidays.

A large number of parents are seeking admission to NPS Rajajinagar, NPS Indiranagar, NPS Koramangala, NPS HSR, NAFL Basaveshwarnagar and NAFL North - Urbana Residential Complex next to the Airport.

We would like to inform every parent that we have very limited seats available.

1. Admissions to Grades I to IX and XI are finalised based on the performance in the Entrance test and subject to vacancies likely to arise on account of withdrawal due to parents’ transfer.
2. Parents are requested to check the website periodically for updates regarding the entrance test.
3. Entrance test for all NPS branches (Rajajinagar, Indiranagar, Koramangala, NAFL Basaveshwarnagar and NAFL North – Urbana Residential Complex next to the Airport) will be conducted on the same day at same time.

• For Grades VI to IX – English, Mathematics, Science
• For Grade XI Science: Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics
• For Grade XI Commerce: Commercial Aptitude, Mathematics
• For Grade XI Humanities: English & Aptitude for Social Science

To have an effective teaching learning process, we maintain limited class strength. Considering the limited number of seats available, it is expected that those who seek admission will realise and understand the constraints the institution faces. The disappointment of not getting admission should not become a matter of unhappiness among parents. Only selected candidates will be informed telephonically.
